Age Concern Horowhenua is a local charity dedicated to supporting older people to live independently, stay connected, and age positively in their communities. Through information and advocacy services, social and wellbeing programmes, volunteer support, and elder abuse response services, Age Concern Horowhenua helps older people maintain their wellbeing, uphold their rights, and remain active and valued members of the community.
