Age Concern New Zealand welcomes the opportunity to comment on the Physiotherapy Services in Aged Residential Care Draft Guidelines.
We support the draft guideline’s aim to assist Aged Residential Care facilities with the planning and implementation of effective physiotherapy services. We support the advice provided in the draft guidelines to facilitate Aged Residential Care facilities’ commitment to achieving excellent physiotherapy care and outcomes, and to improve the health and wellbeing of residents.
