Are you an experienced senior administrator/office manager looking to expand your skills and experience?

We are looking for someone to join the team at our National team in Wellington to ensure the smooth running of our office. The role involves providing customer focused and administration support to the Chief Executive, Board and staff, including logistics support for events. This role is a 6 month fixed term role commencing mid-January 2023 until mid-August 2023. While it is a 40 hour per week position, there is some flexibility to work fewer hours for the right candidate.  


You will have:

  • A passion for providing customer service excellence
  • Demonstrated experience in high level customer-focused administration support including board papers
  • Sound knowledge of administration policies, systems, procedures, and technology
  • An ability to work independently, collaboratively and creatively
  • Great written and verbal communication skills 
  • An interest in contributing to Age Concern’s strategic plan, vision, goals and values
