Bev James has over 30 years of experience as a social researcher and policy analyst. Bev’s key research areas include housing affordability and diverse housing needs in an ageing society. Bev is also chair of the Marlborough Sustainable Housing Trust. Bev will share stories about older tenants, particularly those who are former homeowners and entering the rental market in later life. The takeaway will be that local services need to be able to help older people navigate the rental market.
