Michele McCreadie is the General Manager, interRAI Services at TAS, a health shared services agency. She is a Physiotherapist by background with many years’ experience in health and public sector management. Most recently, she led the transformation of the legal aid system in New Zealand as General Manager, Legal Aid Services at the Ministry of Justice.
interRAI is a comprehensive clinical assessment system, developed by an international consortium of experts, committed to improving the quality of life of vulnerable people. New Zealand is the first country in the world where interRAI tools are used nationwide in the home and community setting, as well as in aged residential care.
Michele joined TAS in November 2015 to turn two interRAI projects into an established business unit. More recently, Michele has been working to encourage the use of interRAI data for service delivery for older people, at individual as well as at policy level.
