Welcome! We are excited to invite you to join us for the 'Age Concerns Everyone' conference.

We have an additional day of workshops and our AGM for Age Concern New Zealand members organisations on 18 April.

Venue

Located in the heart of Wellington the James Cook Hotel Grand Chancellor is known for friendly, professional service and well-appointed accommodation for business and holiday travelers. Two renowned restaurants & bars, conference facilities, a day spa & fitness room, an exclusive club lounge and 5GB complimentary Wi-Fi complete the guest experience.

Location - The Hotel can be accessed at 147 The Terrace or via Lambton Quay using the pedestrian lift access from The James Cook Arcade (294 - 296 Lambton Quay).

- The Conference and Event spaces are located on the following levels of the James Cook Hotel Grand Chancellor:
Level 16 - Chancellor 1, 2, 3 & 4
Level 17 - Chancellor 6

Accommodation

There is a huge variety of accommodation available for you to choose from in Wellington. If you are coming as a delegate from one of our local Age Concerns please email Jane Fisher for special member rates.

Car Parking

Guests who stay at the James Cook Hotel Grand Chancellor may use the valet car parking service for $30.00 per day. Guests who are not staying at the hotel may use the Wilson Parking building next door from $18.00 per day.
